Cosmat Insurance Agency, Inc., was founded in 1964 by John Novi CEO and President. A graduate of the State Teachers College in Salerno, Italy, John immigrated to Chicago in 1958. He knows well the entrepreneurial spirit and the unique problems of small businesses.

For over five decades in business, John continues to provide leadership and knowledge necessary to build successful health insurance programs. Cosmat built its reputation focusing on superior service backed by integrity and financial strength.  We embody ethics, pride, integrity, passion and respect for others in everything we do.   You can count on Cosmat to be around for you now and for many years to come.

The mission of COSMAT Ins. Agency, Inc. is to provide quality and affordable managed health care programs to self-employed individuals and small businesses. These programs are designed to meet the changing times for individuals, families and small employers. We strongly believe that small businesses and individuals need personal attention, advice based on sound practice and health insurance plans they can afford and rely on.
